Lessons From the WarRoom

I know, I know, it’s been a while. No Excuses!!!

My friends had been telling me about this movie, “The War Room”

so, I “sharpsly” ran to YouTube to watch its trailers and trust me since then, I have sniffing upandan looking for the full movie and I finally did yesterday and I was greatly blessed and challenged. Here a few lessons I learnt.

My TakeAways From The WarRoom
1. Prayer is the best strategy to tackle life’s battles. Fighting with prayer always guarantees victory because it means the Lord will fight for you.
1. The Wall of Answered Prayers: You should keep stock of those marvelous things the Lord has done for you. Every seemingly insurmountable mountain that he made plain, every tear he made a smile; everything. So, that you can place the devil right where he belongs when he deceives you that God never answers prayers.
2. There is always time to pray. You can deceive yourself all you want with the tightness of your schedule but the truth is there is time; you only need to create it.
3. It is important, not just to pray, but to have an organized prayer life. The little papers on the wall of the Ms. Clara’s closet actually gave her prayer life a sense of order. She was not just praying but she was sure of what she was praying about per time.
You know, sometimes, we just pray, pray, pray and pray but we really cannot pin point the exact thing we are praying for, so, how will you know when God answers?
4. A wise woman builds her home. Your real enemy is the devil not your husband, so stop fighting your husband rather fight the devil who desperately want to steal your joy, kill your happiness and steal your marriage.
These are just a few lessons of the many I learnt; the others are personal. I encourage everyone to see the movie “WAR ROOM” by the Kendrick Brothers. My prayer life will definitely not be somewhere in the middle. Watch Out devil! You are about to get your butt kicked so hard that you will never recover!
